We have sadly lost the man who paved the way for the delightful Sebring Sprite Coupe, building several of the cars in his workshops, competing with them and preparing others for customers. When Brian Archer sought to replicate the Coupe 30 years later John gave him considerable support and input and we all enjoyed seeing him with Caryl at Lancaster Mews and at Goodwood on his occasional visits from his home in Hawaii.
