Bryn Rossiter mentioned to me ALEC POOLE’S BOOK: ‘A Life by the Poole’ was published on 11 December 2021 and can be obtained from the website ‘alifebythepoole.com’ for £19.95, plus postage. Sales to the EU & Rest of the World to follow in February 2022. (Part of the proceeds will go to Katharine House Hospice, Banbury, Oxfordshire.)
” Unsurprisingly in this age of political correctness, I had difficulty in finding a publisher either willing or brave enough to take on the task! But thanks to help from mates along the way, ‘A Life by the Poole’ has made it into print – hopefully for your enjoyment”.
