Two-speed wipers & Lucas HF 1748 horns for Ken Grasing’s his rally Sprite

Ken tells me: “We’re working on the conversion of the 75213F shunt wound wiper motor to two-speed operation. John Sprinzel discusses the two-speed wipers in Modified Motoring, and in specifications for Monte Carlo car and Liege-Rome-Liege cars.
I now have now collected a number of the Lucas HF1748 horns for rebuild, and have located a source for this work. You will remember the HF1748 horns are quite prominent on the Wisdom/Hay 1960 Alpine rally car 7080AC. We now hope to commission the car in late April or early May.“
