More on ATE brake callipers

I received a message from John Hopwood, eligibility scrutineer today which goes as follows:
” Hi Martin, As you know the ATE calliper as fitted to various Vauxhalls & Opels has become as rare as the proverbial. The FIA are working on a widened dispensation that includes other very similar ATE callipers from other makes and models, straight replacement for the Vauxhall calliper and no advantage or disadvantage. Will forward you the regulation when approved. Kind regards John”
